FOR FAMILIES & CARERS

Care can be shared.
Permission stays personal.

You may be the person who keeps the appointments, asks for the reports and makes sure nothing gets missed. We’re building Link and Home Hub with that work in mind.

Who are you helping?

Your information. Your choices.

Review what you are requesting, who it is for and what may be shared. Your own profile is separate from the people you support.

Your identity and request scope must be checked.

The person comes first.

Each profile needs its own identity, permissions and source information. Helping with one task should not silently become permission to do everything.

Adult delegation, representative authority and arrangements for children are different. The actual service must verify the authority that applies to the person and action.

These are intended design principles. The website examples do not create a family profile or establish anyone’s authority.

A CLEARER WAY TO HELP

Know the scope.
Keep the choices visible.

01

Separate profiles

Information for you, a child or an adult you support belongs to the right person and stays distinguishable.

02

Specific permission

Agree what help is permitted. The ability to request a document does not automatically include the ability to share it.

03

Review and change access

Make authority and access visible, time-limited where appropriate, and reviewable when circumstances change.

A LITTLE LESS CHASING. A LITTLE MORE CARE.
